Precision Metal Machining Services

Delivering tight-tolerance CNC machined components from prototype to high-volume production. Our precision metal machining services combine 5-axis CNC milling, Swiss-type turning, wire EDM, and surface grinding to manufacture mission-critical parts for oil & gas, aerospace, medical device, semiconductor, defense, and automotive industries — with verified tolerances down to ±0.005 mm (±0.0002") and Ra surface finishes as fine as 0.1 µm.

Precision Metal Machining Capabilities

We operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining centers, multi-spindle Swiss lathes, wire and sinker EDM, jig boring machines, and CNC surface/cylindrical grinders. Each platform is selected to balance geometric complexity, throughput, and dimensional accuracy.

5-Axis CNC Milling

Simultaneous 5-axis milling enables single-setup machining of complex 3D contours — turbine blisks, impellers, optical mount frames, and orthopedic implants. Reduced fixturing eliminates stack-up error, holding true position within 0.010 mm.

Precision CNC Turning

Swiss-type and chucker lathes with live tooling and Y-axis produce shafts, pins, connectors, and threaded fittings from Ø0.5 mm to Ø350 mm. Bar feeders and gang tooling support lights-out runs of 50,000+ pieces with Cpk ≥ 1.67 on critical diameters.

Wire & Sinker EDM

For hardened tool steels, carbide, and Inconel features that cannot be milled, wire EDM achieves cut accuracy of ±0.003 mm with surface finish Ra 0.2 µm. Sinker EDM produces sharp internal corners (R0.05 mm) and deep, narrow ribs in mold cavities.

Precision Grinding

CNC surface, cylindrical, and centerless grinding finalize hardened components to Ra 0.1 µm and flatness within 2 µm over 100 mm. Used for valve spools, hydraulic plungers, and bearing journals.

Micro-Machining

Dedicated cells produce features below 0.1 mm — micro-fluidic channels, surgical tool tips, and miniature gears (module 0.2). Tool runout is held below 1 µm using shrink-fit holders and laser tool-setters.

QC & Inspection

Every component undergoes rigorous inspection using advanced metrology equipment, including CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical comparators, and surface roughness testers, to guarantee compliance with all specifications.
